How To Apply

We will send an application to you via email after touring the home
​
You need to provide photo ID, SSI card, Proof of funds (at least 3 times the rent between all tenants income) and $70 application fee per person.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE: Until the application is paid and ALL documents are submitted with us, your application isn't considered submitted and your place isn't secured.
ONLY when the application is submitted for all applicant and the deposit is paid, we take the house off the market and reserve it for you!
When you fill your application make sure to write down EACH FILED EVICTION (Filed eviction means a landlord filed eviction with the court and not necessary sent the sheriff, if one landlord filed multiple eviction write EACH filing as separate eviction!!)
Inaccurate or missing information may lead to application denial.
Move out notice

To our current tenants.

If you wish to move out AFTER lease expired you MUST mail us notice by certified mail to our address at Amir Lavi 9550 Regency Square Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225
The notice MUST be mailed to us at least 30 days before the next 1st of the month as specified in our lease agreement we signed at move in with you.
I.E if today is Feb 5th and you are sending this mail you can move out not early than March 30th because there is not enough days to move out by the end of February.
