Move out notice
To our current tenants.
If you wish to move out AFTER lease expired you MUST mail us notice by certified mail to our address at Amir Lavi 9550 Regency Square Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225
The notice MUST be mailed to us at least 30 days before the next 1st of the month as specified in our lease agreement we signed at move in with you.
I.E if today is Feb 5th and you are sending this mail you can move out not early than March 30th because there is not enough days to move out by the end of February.
